Cold Pool

In the winter there was nothing more wonderful than the hot water in the YMCA's small pool, but today when it was 96 degrees, I was delighted to get in the water and stay there until I was officially cold! I didn't even think of turning on the sauna since the sauna-car was waiting for me in the shade of a tree, but I didn't get really hot on the way home. That proves it, once you get fully cool, it lasts a good long time. Thank You God!
