Thunder Storms

The sky got darker and darker as I drove home and I could almost feel the pressure in the air. I felt a sense of urgency and drove home in a very focused way. I wasn't a mile from the house when the thunder cracked enough to make me jump in my car seat. I did get home before the downpour and was able to unload the house and get inside where my two cats waited for comfort and encouragement. Joy was stuck to my leg for the next hour, but the Princess had to find a hiding place under the bed. We got through it, though and got a nice amount of rain, too. Wild Sunday, today! Love :-)
