Two Fisted Sundaes

Must be butterscotch, huh? All I knew was "pretty" so I shot it. I used to eat ice cream. I remember walking every night down to a local ice cream store in LA. I know we never walked enough to burn off those calories. I suppose I'm still wearing them - no, I guess not, not 25 years later. I had some tofu ice dream chocolate peanutbutter on Tuesday - got the sugar treat out of the way for June already. Now I've made sugarless jello, pancakes & cookies. I'm still counting the dried mango and pineapple as sugarless, since none was added, but they are still pretty darn sweet. I'm so lucky I can still eat those things and lucky again that I have such fond ice cream memories. :-)
